France puts Facebook on notice over whatsapp apps information transfers

Facebook and whatsapp apps have been issued with official notices with France's information prevention watchdog caution which information transfers being toted out for 'business intelligence' purposes currently lack a legal Fundamental — and consequently which Facebook Inc, WhatsApp's owner, has violated the French information prevention Act.
