- For a quick redressal of the problems faced by Greater Noida residents, the superintendent of police (SP-rural) Sujata Singh launched a WhatsApp group to connect the residents' welfare associations (RWAs) and the police.After a series of complaints from residents about poor response from the police teams and poor security arrangements, Singh launched the WhatsApp group."The group is limited to the members of the RWA of each residential society, beat officers of all residential blocks and societies, and heads of all police posts and police stations.
