Facebook has fleshed out the Windows 10 version of its standalone Messenger app with voice and video calling.Thankfully!I've been waiting for this for months — to be exact, I've been waiting ever since April 28, when Facebook launched Messenger for Windows 10.A Facebook spokesperson confirmed that the company started rolling out the feature last week.
