Kenya Power is set to use WhatsApp groups to engage customers in a bid to enhance communication and service delivery.The company in a statement on Wednesday said the groups will be used to engage with the consumers for faster responses."WhatsApp groups provide a convenient engagement platform with large power customers and create a forum for them to put across issues concerning power supply thereby," managing director Ben Chumo said.
