KARACHI: New Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has made a Watsapp group for communicating with his ministers, a private TV channel reported.He is the first chief minister who has started using technology as a good governance strategy.All provincial ministers would be added in the group, so they remain directly in touch with him and he could remain updated with everything on a daily basis.
