WhatsApp was shut down by a Brazilian court for the third time in little more than six months on Tuesday before being reinstated several hours later.The ban, which came after authorities demanded that the Facebook-owned messaging app hand over information related to a criminal investigation, lasted around four hours.WhatsApp has around 100 million users in Brazil, roughly half the South American country's population.
