WhatsApp adds Voicemail and Call Back options, new Fixedsys font
A few weeks ago, we reported about WhatsApp's plans to add a voicemail-like feature to its voice calls as well as an easy option to call back the person.At the time, all we had were translation strings, but now the feature is live on version 2.16.189 beta (which you can grab from APK Mirror here or by joining the Play Store beta).There are two other small features that were added a few beta versions ago that I'll cover in this post as well.

WhatsApp latest beta update comes packed with new features that further enhance the messenger's usability.Firstly, you will now be able to send a voicemail in case a WhatsApp voice call does not go through to the recipient.Before this update, you would have to go all the way back to the chat window to send the voice message.

WhatsApp had recently released a new feature for the messaging platform with a new font called FixedSys.The font can be used in a similar way that was revealed for the earlier font styles—Bold, Strikeout and Italics.The next big update and most awaited feature on WhatsApp is video calling.
